Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Counsel to join our legal team.

This role provides strategic legal guidance to Product, Engineering, and Marketing on privacy, copyright, and emerging tech, with opportunities to influence product development across a fast-growing startup. You will report to the General Counsel and collaborate with a small, dynamic team to ensure compliance, IP protection, and risk mitigation while enabling innovative product delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience working with internal engineering, product, design, security, privacy, and marketing teams throughout the product development life cycle.
• Experience counseling business partners on domestic and international laws and regulations for ongoing compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to advance large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal guidance to Product, Engineering, and Marketing on a wide range of issues including integrations, privacy, copyright, accessibility, and emerging technologies.
• Lead cross‑functional projects related to compliance, safety, and IP protection integrated into product development workflows.
• Review product integrations for contractual, data protection, IP, and regulatory compliance.
• Translate legal advice into actionable guidance for product and engineering teams under tight deadlines.
• Manage patenting programs and advise on IP strategy.
