You’ll triage issues, perform analysis, and support backlog prioritization, while engaging leaders across time zones to ensure product success. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, aviation management, communications, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Triage product issues to inform the product backlog.
• Bug/defect testing and research.
• Provide ad-hoc research for product that supports the product strategy.
• Identify concerns and researches solutions.
• Engage with frontline leaders and team members to solicit and incorporate feedback into product planning.
• Provide quantitative and/or qualitative analysis and insights to inform product backlog prioritization.
• Support product playbacks with an emphasis on product metrics.
• Conduct product meetings: completes product tracking/analysis reports; reports to management and business owners regarding product progress, issues, and risks.
• Partner with business, IT, and leadership to facilitate product success.
• Review and support test data, test plan, and test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain business rules for the product.
• Ability to work across time zones as needed.
