The role emphasizes governance, analytics, and executive reporting, with cross-functional collaboration across the Tech organization.

Qualifications

• Strong program and portfolio management skills across multiple workstreams.
• Experience applying Agile methods at the program level.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of the solution and analyze industry trends.
• Prepare program reviews for sponsors and stakeholders.
• Deliver programs using Agile practices and manage dependencies.
• Identify risks and issues and drive mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver reporting and metrics.
• Lead large room planning, release planning, and stakeholder coordination.
• Build strong relationships with business units and governance teams.
