Job summary

HMSA on Oahu is seeking a Research and Documentation Specialist to research, write and coordinate the production of plan documents, certificates, and Summary of Changes. This exempt, full-time role supports content management and policy updates.

You will collaborate with PM and AMS, ensure compliance, and help automate documents as part of enterprise content improvements. A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience are required, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan Document Fabrication and Amendments with Product management (PM) and Account Management and Sales (AMS). Update and create plan documents as directed by PCM staff and as formally authorized by PM.
• Critically analyze implications of benefit language changes and provide concise recommendations on wording.
• Research, write and facilitate self-insured Administrative Services Agreements per PCM Policies and Procedures.
