Job summary

Hamilton Lane, a global leader in private markets, seeks a Senior Associate on the Direct Credit Product Team. You will support fundraising and investor relations across investment platforms, guiding product lifecycles and collaborating with Global Client Solutions to pursue new opportunities.

You will work with senior leaders, develop marketing content, review client responses, and help drive cross‑functional initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• College degree required; MBA/CFA preferred but not required.
• Minimum 7 years financial services experience in IR or product management.
• Experience working directly with clients and client teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Platform Specialist in daily product lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Global Client Solutions sales and support teams on RFPs, DDQs, and due diligence docs.
• Own development and maintenance of marketing materials and sales collateral for the products.
• Maintain standard responses across assigned platforms and products with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to product development for new offerings and market feedback.
• Participate in client/prospect meetings with senior team members to aid fundraising and IR.
• Prepare content for broad client/prospect meetings and update global sales teams.
• Communicate key updates to global teams on a regular and ad hoc basis.
• Supervise junior staff, delegate tasks, and provide training and development.
