Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 7+ years in financial services in IR or product management.
• Proven client-facing experience with strong communication.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage product lifecycle for Direct Credit platform fundraising and client relations.
• Support Platform Specialist and collaborate with global sales and marketing.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials and sales collateral.
• Prepare standard responses and support senior team with RFPs and DDQs.
• Lead junior staff, delegate tasks, and contribute to training.
• Engage in client/prospect meetings to facilitate fundraising and IR.
• Communicate updates to global sales and client teams regularly.
• Identify challenges and propose resourceful solutions.
