Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Senior Product Associate within the Service Product Group in Community & Consumer Bank (CCB). You will help shape product strategy from discovery to roadmapping, using user research and customer feedback to drive innovative solutions and continuous improvement across the product line.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and discovery.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements.
• Familiarity with data analytics and business metrics.
• Experience documenting epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Manager to identify new opportunities via user research.
• Plan upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience.
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the roadmap.
• Analyze product metrics including time, cost, and quality targets across the life cycle.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support development.
• Analyze system behavior and educate stakeholders to ensure robust requirements.
• Refine stories to enable coding and testing; write acceptance criteria and tests.
• Manage product backlog with Product Owners and collaborate with Scrum Master on sequencing.
