Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Senior Product Associate to join the Branch Authentication & Identity Area Product team. You will drive product development from discovery to launch, leveraging user research and customer feedback to create secure, seamless authentication experiences across a 5,000-branch network.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, manage Jira/Confluence workflows, and translate insights into actionable requirements while shaping the future of branch

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Experience in discovery and requirements definition
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Synthesize large volumes of information to inform decisions
• Organize, prioritize, and multitask with attention to detail
• Lead through ambiguity and organizational change in fast-paced settings

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery
• Plan upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the roadmap
• Analyze product metrics across development lifecycle
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support development
• Prioritize authentication features by aligning business and user needs with strategy
• Translate insights into agile deliverables with clear acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and priorities
• Lead backlog and delivery by coordinating sprint planning and QA participation
• Serve as the authentication and identity SME to surface pain points and drive innovation
