You will own end-to-end analytics processes, mentor teams, and ensure privacy compliance while communicating complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of data analysis experience with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• 4+ years producing actionable reports and presenting findings.
• 3+ years uncovering product analytics insights for cross-functional initiatives.
• 3+ years presenting insights to senior leadership.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Product Analytics contact for Amplitude platform enablement, including governance and best practices.
• Partner with Product, Personalization, and Engineering to use behavioral data in product experiences.
• Own customer usage reporting, triaging requests, and expanding self-service access to data and insights.
• Lead cross-functional relationships between analytics and business stakeholders.
• Translate data into narratives and visualizations for non-technical audiences.
• Lead end-to-end analytics processes including QA, auditing, and governance.
