Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to research and support the build of high-value Social Determinants of Health features, manage backlog health, and evaluate product performance across goals.

You will partner with Product Managers, Product Owners and agile delivery teams, write stories, document requirements, and mentor peers to improve product outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related project/program management professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret data from various sources to identify insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to discover and deliver solutions to market problems.
• Elicit and document business requirements for user stories with internal and external partners.
• Plan work in upcoming sprints considering priority, effort, complexity, dependencies, and impacts.
• Document technology and business needs into backlog stories/items and support complex business cases.
