Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to research and support the building of high-value Social Determinants of Health features, backlogs, and performance evaluation. You will partner with Product Managers and agile teams to refine stories, document requirements, and maintain backlog health.

The role requires strong research, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience across the product lifecycle and testing input.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related project/program management experience.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with Jira and/or Mural.
• Healthcare or managed care experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to identify insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers/Owners and agile teams to deliver solutions.
• Document business requirements for user stories and maintain backlog.
