As the Behavioral Health SME, you translate market trends, regulatory requirements, and member needs into actionable strategies, working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions that improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related project/program management professional experience.
• Healthcare or managed care experience.
• Working knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks (Scrum/Kanban); Jira and/or Mural experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns the health insurance product strategy and roadmap across market segments.
• Leads product development and lifecycle management from concept through implementation.
• Collaborates with sales, operations, and technology to prioritize investments and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Evaluates market opportunities and translates customer needs into product requirements.
