American Family Insurance is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to serve as the primary analytics partner to Product Management, independently executing complex state-level performance monitoring and executive reporting.

You will translate business questions into analytical requirements, develop impactful reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth and improvements across products and underwriting.

Qualifications

Independently conduct complex analyses and provide insights to leadership.
Develop reports and analyses for product development, language, underwriting.
Identify root causes and present actionable opportunities to improve practices.
Monitor product effectiveness and recommend changes.
Lead pricing-related analyses: rate reviews, P&L, experience rating.

Responsibilities
