• Independently conduct complex analysis and provide insights to leadership that affect profit and growth.
• Develop reports and analyses, evaluate scenarios, and recommend product or process improvements.
• Identify root causes and present actionable opportunities to improve practices.
• Monitor product effectiveness and recommend changes considering broader business impact.
• Formulate and execute complex operational analyses across multiple data sources.
• Specialize in pricing activities related to rate reviews and P/L reviews.
• Research strategies that support growth and profitability across states or programs.
• Translate complex questions into actionable analytical requirements and recommendations.
• Build relationships with product, pricing, underwriting, claims, and state management teams.
• Lead defined analytical projects and explore automation for recurring reporting.
