Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 13+ years of related underwriting or product experience; professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of innovative products and solutions to drive premium volume growth and profitability.
• Leads market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborates with underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams to design insurance solutions and develop product specifications, pricing strategies, and policy language.
• Analyzes market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new development.
• Develops and oversees strategic product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
