Tria Federal is seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst to elicit and document requirements for health IT solutions. You will support agile teams and collaborate with customers, users, and contractors to deliver compliant, high-quality software.

Responsibilities include conducting JAD sessions, user research, and maintaining RTM while developing user stories with robust acceptance criteria. Strong communication, testing acumen, and healthcare domain experience are essential for success in this

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.
8+ years in product ownership or business analysis within Agile environments.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance.
Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.
5+ years of experience in healthcare domain.

Responsabilités

Gather, understand, and document business, functional, technical & non-technical requirements with customers and users.
Lead JAD sessions and engage customers for feedback.
Conduct user research and usability testing.
Develop and sustain Requirements Tractability Matrix (RTM).
Develop change requests and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Follow Scrum/Kanban and deliver requirements for Sprint teams.
Provide clear qualitative and quantitative information to teams and stakeholders.
Coordinate with development and testing teams to implement requirements as per specifications.
