Job summary

Tria Federal seeks a seasoned Product Analyst to elicit and document requirements for health IT solutions. You will work on agile teams delivering mission-critical applications, gathering stakeholder input and translating it into user stories and detailed specifications.

You will need a federal clearance or the ability to obtain one, plus 8+ years in product ownership or business analysis within healthcare projects. This role emphasizes collaboration, testing, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance.
Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.
Minimum 8 years of experience as product owner or business analyst.
Experience eliciting and documenting requirements across agile projects.

Responsibilities

Gather, understand, and document business, functional, technical and non-technical requirements with customers and users.
Conduct JAD sessions and engage customers for requirements and feedback.
Develop RTM, change requests, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Follow Scrum/Kanban and support sprint teams with clear qualitative and quantitative updates.
Collaborate with development and testing teams to implement requirements per specs.
