Job summary

Tria Federal seeks a seasoned Product Analyst to elicit and document requirements for health IT solutions. You will work on agile teams delivering mission-critical applications, gathering stakeholder input and translating it into user stories and detailed specifications.

You will need a federal clearance or the ability to obtain one, plus 8+ years in product ownership or business analysis within healthcare projects. This role emphasizes collaboration, testing, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Gather, understand, and document business, functional, technical and non-technical requirements with customers and users.
  • Conduct JAD sessions and engage customers for requirements and feedback.
  • Develop RTM, change requests, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Follow Scrum/Kanban and support sprint teams with clear qualitative and quantitative updates.
  • Collaborate with development and testing teams to implement requirements per specs.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Analyst with a deep understanding of eliciting and documenting requirements. This role is part of a collaborative and agile team that supports and builds modern, standards-based responsive web applications for mission-critical health IT solutions.

Basic Requirements
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
  • Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.
  • Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, product analyst, leading requirements capture, management and analysis activities along all phases of the agile software development and developing business process models.
Additional Qualifications
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Must have intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Project/Smartsheet
  • Experience with manual testing of software products.
  • Knowledge of flow charts and UML using Visio, Lucidchart or similar tools will be a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Expertise with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Trello, etc.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare, Medicare & Medicaid systems & data.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare domain is required.
  • Experience with manual testing of software products.
  • Creative, visionary, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and must be detailed oriented.
Responsibilities
  • Work with customers, users, and other contractors to gather, understand, and document business, functional, technical & non-technical requirements.
  • Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, work group calls and engage customers to provide requirements and feedback.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing.
  • Develop and sustain Requirements Tractability Matrix (RTM).
  • Develop Change Requests per established policies and procedures.
  • Develop user stories and requirement documents as per project standards and guidance.
  • Follow agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) and deliver requirements/specifications for Sprint teams.
  • Provide clear qualitative and quantitative information to teams and stakeholders.
  • Working with development and testing team to implement requirements as per functional specifications.
  • Support change control processes established to monitor and control project scope.
  • Work with customers, users, and other contractors to gather, understand, and document business, functional, technical & non-technical requirements.
  • Conduct Product Analysis sessions, work group calls and engage customers to provide requirements and feedback.
  • Follow agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) and develop user stories with robust acceptance criteria.
  • Working with sprint team to implement, accept, and accept user stories as defined.
  • Provide clear qualitative and quantitative information to teams and stakeholders.
  • Support change control processes established to monitor and control product vision.
  • Communicate with management, peers, and customers effectively and professionally.
