Qualifications

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare technology or digital health.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, or EDI.
• Understanding of privacy and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR-equivalent).
• Experience with EHRs, provider networks, or care coordination platforms.
• Proficiency with relational databases and validation/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business, functional, and technical requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Model current and future-state workflows using BPMN or similar diagrams; identify gaps and improvements.
• Collaborate with clinicians, operations leaders, and compliance officers to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Define reporting logic, KPIs, and data validation rules with data engineers.
• Develop test scenarios and support UAT and issue triage.
