Job summary
Triunity Software, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive requirements across the product lifecycle in healthcare tech.
You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, data engineers, and QA to define requirements, improve workflows, and validate outcomes, with a strong focus on healthcare-specific workflows and regulatory alignment. You will model current and future-state processes, map data flows, and ensure seamless integration with data systems, APIs, and analytics
Qualifications
- 8+ years as a Healthcare Business Analyst.
- Familiar with FHIR, HL7, or EDI interoperability.
- Knowledge of privacy/compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR-like).
- Experience with EHRs, provider networks, or care coordination platforms.
- Proficient with relational databases and BI tools for validation.
- Experience in fast-paced SaaS or startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Model current and future workflows with BPMN and diagrams.
- Lead requirement walkthroughs and backlog grooming sessions.
- Define API payloads and data exchange requirements.
- Develop test scenarios and support UAT, validate solutions.
