Qualifications

• Experience with EHRs, provider networks.
• Proficient with SQL and BI tools for validation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Create BRDs, Functional Specs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Model workflows with BPMN and swimlanes.
• Collaborate with product, UX, data, and QA teams.
• Support UAT and triage production issues.
