Job summary

Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance.
  • Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare domain.

  • Gather, understand, and document business, functional, technical & non-technical requirements with customers and users.
  • Lead JAD sessions and engage customers for feedback.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing.
  • Develop and sustain Requirements Tractability Matrix (RTM).
  • Develop change requests and user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Follow Scrum/Kanban and deliver requirements for Sprint teams.
  • Provide clear qualitative and quantitative information to teams and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with development and testing teams to implement requirements as per specifications.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Analyst with a deep understanding of eliciting and documenting requirements. This role is part of a collaborative and agile team that supports and builds modern, standards-based responsive web applications for mission-critical health IT solutions.

BasicRequirements:
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
  • Mustresidein and be able to perform work in the United States.
  • Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.
  • Bachelor's degree inrelated field
  • Minimum of8 years of experience as aproduct owner, business analyst, product analyst, leading requirements capture, management and analysis activities along all phases of the agile software development and developing business process models.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Expertisewith Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Must have intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Project/Smartsheet
  • Experience with manual testing of software products.
  • Knowledge of flow charts and UML using Visio,Lucidchartor similar tools will be a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Expertisewith Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Trello, etc.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare, Medicare & Medicaid systems & data.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare domain isrequired.
  • Experience with manual testing of software products.
  • Creative, visionary, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and must be detailed oriented.

  • Working with development and testing team to implement requirements as per functional specifications.
  • Support change control processesestablishedto monitor and control project scope.
  • Work with customers, users, and other contractors to gather, understand, and document business, functional, technical & non-technical requirements.
  • Conduct Product Analysis sessions, work group calls and engage customers to provide requirements and feedback.
  • Follow agilemethodology(Scrum/Kanban) and develop user stories with robust acceptance criteria.
