Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Innovation Hub seeks a Senior Product Software Engineer to co-design AI solutions with customers, delivering human-centric features in fast feedback loops. You’ll collaborate with engineers, PMs, UX designers, and researchers to prototype and scale AI capabilities across the Tax & Accounting portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building software applications (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)
• 1+ years hands-on experience with LLMs or AI systems
• Full-stack development capabilities
• Experience with Agile/XP practices including TDD/BDD and pair programming
• Proficiency with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar)
• Regular use of GenAI utilities for development workflow

Responsibilities

• Customer-Centric Product Development: Co-design AI solutions with customers and deliver measurable value in fast feedback cycles.
• Cross-Portfolio Innovation: Work across Wolters Kluwer's Tax and Accounting product portfolio enabling teams while applying AI across products.
• Technical Leadership: Design and implement AI features using Python and modern frameworks with focus on security, experience, and scalability.
• Close Collaboration: Partner with product managers who prototype ideas in InnovateHub.
