Wolters Kluwer, through InnovateHub, is seeking a Lead Product Software Engineer - AI to co-design and deliver AI features for the Tax & Accounting portfolio. You will drive real customer value by focusing on problems, not tech for tech’s sake, and collaborate across engineering, product, UX, and research teams in weekly sprints.

You’ll lead AI initiatives using Python, LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs, emphasizing security, scalability, and strong product experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building software applications with Python/JS stack and AI exposure.
• Experience with LLMs or AI systems (NLP preferred) and full-stack capabilities.
• Proficiency with Agile/XP practices including TDD/BDD and pair programming.

Responsibilities

• Co-design AI solutions with customers, focusing on real problems rather than technology-first approaches.
• Cross-Portfolio Innovation: Work across TAA's product portfolio to share AI capabilities.
• Technical Leadership: Design and implement AI features using Python and modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and researchers in a fast, collaborative environment.
