Wow Recruitment Pty in New York is seeking a Senior Producer to own live experiential projects from concept to delivery. You’ll work across the studio, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate on-site show production with talent and crews.

Qualifications

• Senior-level agency producer with experience in experiential, brand activations or live events.
• Budget handling of $1M+.
• Proficiency in reading CAD and fabrication drawings.
• Mentoring or managing others is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from brief to wrap.
• Shape ideas with the creative studio and build budgets and timelines.
• Brief fabricators, manage talent, and call the show on-site.
• Be the client’s go-to and the calm head when plans change on the day.
• Mentor a junior producer.

It's a tight team spread across the US, UK and APAC, so your work is seen by everyone and your projects reach well beyond New York.

The role

You'll own projects from first brief to final wrap.

One week you're shaping ideas with the creative studio and building budgets and timelines.

The next you're briefing fabricators, managing talent and calling the show on-site. You'll be the client's go-to and the calm head when plans change on the day.

You'll also be a role model for a junior producer who's keen to learn. Expect around 15–20% of your time on the road.
