Job summary

WOW Recruitment in New York is seeking a Senior Producer for experiential and live events. You will own projects from brief to wrap, shaping ideas with the creative studio, building budgets and timelines, and coordinating fabricators and talent on-site.

You'll be the client’s go-to and lead a growing New York team with global collaboration across the UK and APAC. Expect 15–20% travel and hybrid working throughout the week.

Qualifications

• Senior-level agency producing across experiential, brand activations or live events.
• Budgets of $1M+ under your belt.
• Solid production chops, including reading CAD and fabrication drawings.
• Bonus: experience mentoring or managing others.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from first brief to final wrap.
• Shape ideas with the creative studio and build budgets and timelines.
• Brief fabricators, manage talent and call the show on-site.
• Be a role model for a junior producer; travel about 15–20% of the time.

The role

You'll own projects from first brief to final wrap.

One week you're shaping ideas with the creative studio and building budgets and timelines.

The next you're briefing fabricators, managing talent and calling the show on-site. You'll be the client's go-to and the calm head when plans change on the day.

You'll also be a role model for a junior producer who's keen to learn. Expect around 15–20% of your time on the road.
