Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of at least one state bar.
• At least 3 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm environment, at a government agency, as a military judge advocate, or as in-house counsel including experience with third party procurement, vendor or outsourcing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement transactions supporting Technology, Card, Retail and other lines of business.
• Identify legal issues and risks in procurement and outsourcing contracts.
• Advise on internal guidelines and procedures.
• Build relationships with ESM and legal stakeholders.
• Coordinate outside counsel and manage deliverables and costs.
• Provide reports and training on key issues and processes.
• Act as backup Legal representative in procurement risk gate meetings.
