Qualifications

• At least 3 years of attorney experience in law firms, government, military JAG, or in-house counsel with procurement/outsourcing experience.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating procurement transactions across multiple lines of business.
• Identify legal issues and risks in contracts and draft terms accordingly.
• Advise on internal guidelines and procedures; build strong stakeholder relationships.
