Job summary

You will drive continuous improvement across procurement processes, analytics, and automation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in leading procurement projects, strong data reporting skills, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience as Sr. Procurement Specialist leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvement or change management initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect and streamline critical procurement processes, systems, and analytics.
• Serve as liaison connecting procurement, shared services, and partners to optimize workflows.
• Spearhead automation, standardization, and compliance initiatives for procurement programs.
• Develop dynamic reports, KPIs, and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.
• Foster stakeholder engagement and deliver training for new technologies.
