Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Senior Procurement Process & Analytics Analyst for a fully remote role in the United States. You will blend project management, business analysis, and analytics to translate complex requirements into scalable procurement outcomes.

In this CoE role, you will drive end-to-end process improvements, define current and future state processes, build change management plans, and support reporting and analytics across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and/or reporting/analytics roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting process improvement initiatives from design through implementation.
• Proficiency building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau).
• Strong written and verbal communication, with experience developing training materials.
• Comfortable working remotely across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement & Transformation: end-to-end projects from discovery to adoption.
• Project Management: scoping, planning, milestone tracking, risk/issue management, status reporting.
• Business Analysis: gather and document requirements and translate into specs and designs.
• Reporting & Analytics: design dashboards and reports, track procurement performance.
• Change Management & Communications: develop adoption plans and stakeholder communications.
• Governance & Best Practices: support policies, controls, and governance frameworks.
