Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to execute category strategies and manage supplier relationships, expanding value beyond HR and professional services with KPIs and SLAs. You will drive RFPs, SOW negotiations, and oversee vendor engagements for client buyers.

Responsibilities include overseeing requisition activity via VMS, reporting savings, and ensuring compliance while collaborating with project buyers and end-users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years procurement experience.
• Preferred experience in HR services, IT, or professional services.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute category strategies with client MSP leads.
• Lead RFPs, sourcing, and SOW negotiations for client buyers.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, performance, and compliance.
• Provide cost savings reporting and KPI monitoring.
• Build relationships with client end-users and business leaders.
