Job summary

Hyundai Mobis in the United States is seeking a PE Procurement Manager to source suppliers, approve new item suppliers, negotiate part pricing, and coordinate all supplier activities for Power Electric Motors, Reducers, Inverters and ICCUs in die casting, machining and assembly.

The role requires 7+ years of management experience, a BA/BS in Engineering or Supply Chain, and proficiency in GD&T, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Manager experience (7+ years).
• BA/BS in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Equivalent experience/education: 10+/7+/5+ years in procurement in e-powertrain automotive.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier relationships with internal and external customers.
• Review RFQs/LOIs and develop documentation per Mobis policy.
• Review supplier requirements, issue quotations, and perform analysis.
• Perform cost analyses and negotiate prices and lead times.
• Create price breakdowns and negotiate supply agreements.
• Ensure safety and compliance in the workplace.
