Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) is seeking a procurement professional to lead supplier development for EV components. The role requires identifying suppliers, negotiating agreements, and driving cost reductions across multi-year production programs.

Candidate should have a 5+ year track record in automotive purchasing, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and bilingual abilities preferred. Domestic/international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential suppliers and analyze capabilities with Engineering teams.
• Prepare and own RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for multi-year full production volume.
• Negotiate long-term agreements and manage supplier contracts.
• Lead cost reduction activities and ensure best-in-class pricing.
• Develop purchasing strategies with Engineering, Quality, Production, and other teams.
