Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group seeks a Senior Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, supplier management, and Source-to-Pay operations, serving as a deputy to the Head of Procurement.

You will drive strategic sourcing across spend categories, manage technology procurement including software, cloud services, cybersecurity, and AI, and lead procurement transformation with analytics and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic sourcing, supplier evaluations, and complex negotiations.
• Experience with technology procurement including software, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI solutions.
• Experience with procurement transformation, process improvement, and systems implementation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into actionable sourcing, operational, and financial plans.
• Provide leadership for Procurement operations and oversee Source-to-Pay processes and policies.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier evaluations, and complex negotiations for strategic supplier agreements.
• Lead technology procurement including enterprise software, cloud services, cybersecurity, AI, and software agreements.
• Drive procurement transformation through process optimization, automation, and system enhancements.
• Develop and monitor procurement KPIs, dashboards, and cost-savings pipelines.
