Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Sr. Analyst, IT Procurement to lead sourcing and procurement across technology and indirect spend. You will manage RFx events, negotiate terms with vendors, and support the full contract lifecycle from sourcing through renewal.

You will partner with Technology, Legal, Procurement leadership, and suppliers to drive cost savings, vendor performance, and contractual compliance while maintaining documentation and timelines across multiple sourcing events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract negotiation.
• Experience independently negotiating and closing vendor agreements.
• Experience with IT or technology procurement categories required.
• Experience leading RFx events, RFPs and RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives for technology and indirect categories from opportunity identification through supplier selection and award.
• Develop and manage RFP/RFI events, including bid packages, evaluation criteria, communications, and award recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, service levels, and other contractual provisions with vendors.
• Draft, review, and redline vendor agreements, statements of work, amendments, and related documents.
• Partner with Legal on nonstandard or high-risk contractual terms.
• Coordinate between Technology, Procurement, Legal, and vendors throughout sourcing and contracting.
• Conduct market research, spend analysis, and benchmarking to identify cost savings.
• Track vendor performance, KPIs, SLAs, and license compliance.
• Identify opportunities for spend consolidation and standardization.
