Job summary

GES - Global Experience Specialists seeks an experienced IT Procurement Manager to lead technology sourcing, contracting, and procurement operations across the organization. This role drives IT category strategies, supplier relationships, cost optimization, and governance, partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, and AP.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end IT procurement activities, ensure contract compliance, and oversee renewals and vendor performance with disciplined controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing with IT/technology focus.
• Deep understanding of IT contracting models (software licensing, SaaS, maintenance, services).
• Experience with ERP, procurement, and contract lifecycle systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop IT sourcing and category strategies for software, hardware, SaaS, and services.
• Lead complex contract negotiations, including MSAs and SLAs.
• Manage end-to-end IT procurement lifecycle with PO, invoicing, and renewals.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost optimization and governance.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and AP to ensure compliance.
