Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement Services to lead complex, high-visibility engagements and guide a delivery team toward excellence.

The role focuses on negotiation support, demand management, renewal optimization, and process re-engineering to drive savings and governance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence executive-level discussions, and build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5-7 years of consulting and managing relationships with large, complex enterprises.
• 3+ years of experience in a management position.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement solution delivery for customers, guiding executive-level discussions.
• Manage complex vendor negotiations to reduce spend and optimize terms.
• Analyze data to generate insights for savings and governance frameworks.
• Oversee portions of the procurement delivery team and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to process improvements, training, and solution development to grow the practice.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and support cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop sales tools, resources, and training to demonstrate value to SHI and clients.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, delivery resources, partners, and sales teams.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks with risk management strategies.
• Report to senior leadership with insights and recommendations for planning.
