The role focuses on negotiation support, renewal optimization, demand management, vendor consolidation, and process re-engineering. You will drive procurement solution delivery, support executive discussions, manage risk, and develop tools and training to expand SHI's practice while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• 5–7 years in consulting and managing relationships with large enterprises.
• 3+ years in a management position.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale or high-visibility engagements.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement solution delivery for customers with attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Support complex vendor negotiations focused on spend reduction and favorable terms.
• Conduct detailed data analysis and generate actionable insights for savings and governance.
• Support leadership in managing portions of the procurement delivery team and foster improvement.
• Contribute to process improvement, training, and solution development to grow the practice.
• Lead cross-functional teams and explore cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Oversee the development and delivery of sales tools and training to demonstrate value to clients.
