Job summary

Tecolote Research, Inc. is seeking a Senior Procurement Support Analyst to assist with a DHS Component’s comprehensive procurement support, including procurement package development and related activities.

The role is on-site with responsibilities spanning pre-award documentation, package reviews, and solicitation preparation for RFQs, RFPs, IfB, and RFTOP. Qualifications include 10+ years of experience, ability to obtain an active Secret clearance and DHS suitability, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of professional work experience.
• Ability to obtain an active Secret clearance and DHS Suitability.
• Ability to perform duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate pre-award documentation for program requirements.
• Ensure PR packages are reviewed and cleared IAW guidelines and submitted for award IAW the CO timeline.
• Prepare solicitations for RFQs, RFPs, IfB, or RFTOP; ensure evaluation factors, instructions to offerors, and SOW/SOO/PWS are complete.
