HRU Tech in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a Procurement Specialist for a 10-15 month assignment on a 100% onsite basis. The role manages supplier relationships, RFQ/RFP/RFI processes, and subcontracts/purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and cost targets.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in business or supply chain, 4+ years in cost/price analysis, strong negotiation skills, Oracle and MRP experience, and willingness to travel domestically. U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a business area; Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Ability to use Oracle system & associated computer systems.
• 4+ years of cost and price analysis and write-ups.
• Ability to negotiate.
• Occasional domestic travel; possible international travel.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, systems and MRP.
• Ability to multi-task and manage workday and buying deck.
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance if required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all affairs between the company and suppliers/subcontractors for various subcontracts/POs.
• Analyze Oracle system material needs.
• Solicit RFQs, RFPs and RFIs; cost analysis of proposals; price analysis of quotes.
• Negotiate proposals to meet program/cost targets.
• Prepare and administer purchase orders; monitor subcontractor compliance.
• Administer subcontracts/purchase orders; control costs; assure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate Source Selection; interface between suppliers and internal teams.
• Handle Quality, Design, and Payment issues with subcontractors.
