Job summary

Tecolote Research, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to manage pre-award activities, including drafting and reviewing procurement documents and coordinating with COs on timelines.

The role involves preparing solicitations, ensuring compliance with FAR clauses, and supporting source selection and award decisions. Requires a bachelor’s degree and the ability to obtain an active Secret clearance and DHS suitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
• Ability to obtain active Secret clearance and DHS suitability.
• Ability to perform duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate pre-award documentation for program requirements.
• Ensure PR packages are reviewed and cleared IAW guidelines and submitted for award IAW CO timeline.
• Prepare solicitations (RFQs, RFPs, IfB, RFTOP) for assigned requirements.
• Ensure evaluation factors, instructions, and SOW/SOO/PWS are complete and compared.
• Include appropriate FAR clauses and terms in solicitation and award.
• Recommend and prepare unique terms and conditions.
• Assist in development of a pricing methodology for the solicitation.
• Publish or distribute the solicitation with proper records and confirmations.
