Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to support a full range of procurement activities, including RFQ development, price analysis, and vendor management. The role involves advising Program Managers and working with Finance to ensure compliant purchasing across government contracts.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or equivalent, with 3+ years of procurement experience, and possess strong knowledge of FAR/DFAR, CPSR, and Costpoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years procurement experience or equivalent
• Associates with 5+ years procurement experience
• High school diploma or GED with 7+ years procurement experience
• Experience with suppliers in technology, hardware, or software for Government contracts
• Knowledge of business, logistics, and accounting structures is desirable
• Background check and ability to pass drug screening

Responsibilities

• Interface with vendors, SBU, and subsidiary operations.
• Prepare RFQs and analyze prices to ensure fair and reasonable procurement.
• Set up vendors and perform due diligence; maintain vendor data.
• Prepare and process purchase orders; maintain records.
• Negotiate terms, timelines, and contracts; ensure policy compliance.
• Provide procurement counsel to Program Managers and Finance.
• Ensure timely payment processing and resolve issues.
