Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
• 7+ years of DoD program, contracting, and acquisitions experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to multi-task.
• Ability to develop pre-award documentation and acquisition plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strategize RFP development, proposal reviews, and awards.
• Prepare RFIs, Sources Sought, Acquisition Plans, J&As, and SOWs.
• Support post-award contract execution, compliance, and monitoring.
• Manage program execution cost, schedule, and performance.
• Coordinate pre-award activities and ensure documentation aligns with FAR/DoD regs.
