Job summary

Genentech seeks a Senior Delivery/Procurement Expert to lead procurement of critical services for a Greenfield Capex site in Holly Springs, NC. You will manage CM/GC, CQV, engineering, and related services, collaborating with Americas Engineering Delivery Managers and key vendors.

You will drive category strategies, advise on commercial issues, and negotiate contracts within a Lean framework, ensuring SRM and alignment with project objectives. Fluent business English required.

Qualifications

• You hold a university degree in business or life sciences.
• You have 7+ years of procurement (multi-category) or related leadership experience.
• You demonstrate strong relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders.
• You have leadership experience in a matrix organization and deep category knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities in engineering, planning, construction, production systems, CQV and automation services.
• Advise stakeholders on investment models, contracting forms and supplier governance.
• Conduct supplier discussions and negotiate work contracts.
• Provide commercial guidance including claims management to project teams.
• Develop and drive category sourcing and spend management strategies.
