Job summary

Genentech in North Carolina (Holly Springs) seeks a Project Director to lead major CAPEX programs in GMP manufacturing. You will build a high-performing matrixed team, apply lean delivery practices, and guide multi-year projects >$750M, with international collaboration and extensive site execution.

You will travel extensively (50%+), perhaps relocate temporarily during construction, and report to the Head of Project Delivery US.

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering or construction related fields with 15 years successfully managing projects in biotech/pharma.
• At least 5 years managing large, complex projects, preferably international.
• Willingness to travel >50% and potentially relocate during construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-year effort delivering a major pharma manufacturing project >$750M with पीएमs reporting to you.
• Accountable for achieving approved user requirements, scope, cost and schedule with right-first-time quality.
