Job summary

Genentech in Holly Springs, NC, is building a state-of-the-art biomanufacturing site for CVRM. We seek a Principal/Senior Utilities System Specialist to own the integrity and compliance of critical manufacturing lifelines.

You will lead maintenance programs, support startup, train staff, and partner with Engineering, MSAT, Quality, and Supply Chain. Travel up to 30% during the project phase with remote/onsite work during startup.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of utility systems in regulated environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to solve complex problems.
• Familiarity with cGMP, Health Authority regulations, and Quality Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead field maintenance on GMP assets, PPMs and repairs.
• Troubleshoot PLC/automation and support start-up activities.
• Maintain site utilities: WFI, chilled water, steam, HVAC, water systems.
