Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Procurement Coordination professional to support manufacturing line equipment and tooling. You will review client procurement requirements, coordinate activities, and assist PO creation through approved processes.

You will liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders, monitor delivery schedules, expedite when needed, and maintain status trackers. Bi-weekly reporting for two months, then weekly updates as mutually agreed.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating procurement for manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Ability to review client procurement requirements and maintain trackers.
• Familiarity with client-approved procurement processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities for equipment and tooling.
• Support PO creation and placement through approved processes.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders on status and delivery dates.
• Monitor progress against delivery timelines and identify risks.
• Maintain procurement status trackers and action logs.
• Bi-weekly reporting during first two months, then weekly reporting.
