H3X Technologies in the United States is seeking a Sr. Procurement Specialist to drive day-to-day purchasing as we scale manufacturing. You will manage POs, keep supplier data current, and help forecast and measure supplier performance.

This role suits detail-oriented, proactive professionals who want to grow into broader supply chain leadership. Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance to optimize cash flow and ensure timely material delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in buying, procurement, or purchasing in manufacturing.
• Detail-oriented with reliable purchasing data management.
• Experience managing supplier docs (certifications, NDAs).
• Comfortable with ERP/MRP for PO issuance and tracking.
• Strong cross-functional communication with finance, eng, and ops.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing Execution: place POs with approved suppliers and manage lead times.
• Supplier Management: update supplier data, onboard new suppliers, track certifications.
• Planning & Forecasting: develop forecasting models and keep data organized.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align purchasing with real-time needs across teams.
• Reporting: provide monthly purchasing activity and supplier risk reports.
