Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in procurement-related field.
• Minimum five years in procurement operations or contract management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement laws and regulations (FTA, IDOT, RTA).
• Experience with competitive procurements and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract expertise for complex technical specifications and large projects.
• Administer competitive procurements: bids, proposals, and requests for quotes.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize value.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Coordinate day-to-day team activities and mentor junior staff.
