Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Vice President, Procurement Center of Excellence to drive enterprise capabilities across technology, processes and analytics.

You will own the procurement technology portfolio, end-to-end process strategy, and governance across sourcing, contracting and supplier management. You will lead transformation initiatives across finance, legal, risk and IT, establishing enterprise standards and scalable solutions to enhance decision making, efficiency and value

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience across Procurement, Operations, Technology, Source-to-Contract Transformation, Analytics or related enterprise leadership.
• 7+ years of people leadership, building and retaining multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Procurement Operating Model and define an integrated roadmap across org, process, tech, data and governance.
• Own the Procurement technology portfolio, including strategy, roadmap, governance and value realization.
• Lead end-to-end Procurement process ownership including intake, demand shaping, category planning, sourcing, contracting and supplier onboarding.
• Build an insight-led Procurement function with data products, executive views and predictive analytics.
• Lead M&A diligence and integration enablement across procurement, finance and operations.
• Govern the Procurement transformation portfolio with quarterly planning and executive reviews.
• Build a High-Performance Procurement Center of Excellence spanning technology, process excellence, analytics and change management.
